    Excellent update! :)

Hmm, so you say that the A900 will come with a 32MB transflash stick?! I am hoping for it to have expandable memory!

Thanks for the comments guys, I added the sources.

Basicically, as far as the A900s TF card slot goes, I am getting one source telling me that Sprint wanted it to be there, others that it won't change from the SCH-V740 (Korean). I'll confirm as soon as I can!

I'm willing to bet there is no TF in the A900 (you could just take a gander at the pictures...), first of all, it's oversea's version doesn't, and that came out only about a month ago. I doubt that in a month they re-engineered the thing to include a TF slot, reproduced it, and sent it to the FCC, if they could do it so quickly they could have just made the V740 have TF.

Second, and this is the important part, why would the A920 have 3meg of memory, while the A900 gets 7meg of memory (thats from jbench)? Chances are because they need to compensate for the lack of a TF slot.

The SCH-V740/SLIM has been available in Korea for more than six months now, so a re-engineering of the phone could be done. Keep in mind the keys are all new from the SLIM.

As for the memory, the A920 should have around 35MB, and the Blade I've been told at 73MB+. Keep in mind the SCH-V740, with no TF slot, has 128MBs of built in memory.

The one feature I am waiting for is the A2DP profile for the Bluetooth!

What is the form factor of the mysterious and great A960. I want the A900 but I would like to know how an OLED phone would be.

  • At 9:51 AM, Anonymous Anonymous said…

I thought that some of the other phones would have the A2DP Bluetooth profile? Especially the A940 and just hoping for the T809. Any confirmation?

tutu is the shit. The A900 will be the sweetest CDMA phone ever transflash or not. The $499 will be hard to swallow but i know i'll eventually give in to the sexiness of the blade

    Tuo,

You had said a few times that the A900 would have OLED. Are you now sure that it does not, or is it still unknown? That would be a great thing if you could someone confirm one way or the other. I'm REALLY hoping you were right the first time and it does have OLED. Thanks for any and all info you can provide.

Thanks for the into tuo. Would love to see these new flash gui's in action. Can't wait for (p)reviews!

I don't think tuo would do reviews, he has no opinions, all he knows is he loves sprint and samsung...

Does anyone (Tuo?) know if these new Samsung phones, specifically the T809 Juke, will be GPS capable with the new Telenav capabilities?

As posted on Sprintusers someone has the actual Blade (which they have taken pictures to prove and has the new Sprint logo) and it does NOT have any TF/MicroSD slot on it. Still haven't gotten info from him how much internal memory it has.
